From Baby Boomers to Childrens Games - Bloggers Play Tag!

After being absent from my blogging responsibilities for an extended period of time, I find that I am now "IT", in a bloggers game of tag!

This honor is thanks to our resident wellness pedagogue, Rod; more commonly known as "Wellforce" in the blogosphere.

Apparently the rules are as follows...

1. Link to your tagger and post these rules on your blog, i.e. "Thanks to my fellow blogger @ Healthy Habits. ..."

2. Share seven facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird, whatever you are brave enough to share.

3. Tag twelve favorite blogs at the end of your post by leaving their names, as well as links to their blogs.

4. Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
